Installation Options
Powerwave acoustic cleaners are easy to install. Most acoustic cleaners are designed to fit inside existing openings, such as access doors, inspection ports, or poke holes. Standard plant air can be used to drive the acoustic cleaners; instrument quality air is not required.

Mouth-flange mountings are used for roofs of baghouses, precipitators, or silos.

Tube mountings facilitate ease of installation on equipment roofs, as well as vessel walls and other enclosures.



Insertion flange mount

The insertion flange mount installs on walls in boilers, SCRs, bins, and silos.

Custom throat flange kits from BHA make positioning acoustic cleaners easy in nearly any location.



Chain-hung installation
AH-Series

Acoustic cleaners can be chain-hung inside baghouses or vessels, although most operators prefer to have easier on-line access to the drivers.



Flange installation
AH-Series

BHA supplies all the flanges and penetrations needed to install acoustic cleaners through the sides of hoppers, bins, or any vessel requiring cleaning.
