Electrostatic Precipitator Replacement Parts - Joy Western/Rheem/MCES/Fowlerex units

Generally known as "Joy" precipitators, this design originated in the US. During the 1960s and 1970s Joy build a number of electrostatic precipitators throughout Australiasia. 

Joy units are typified by their use of pneumatic vibrating rappers and weighted wire electrodes.
