The rapper insulators in a Flakt style Electrostatic Precipitator are found in an enclosure on the roof in later style units or in the side wall in earlier SF style units.

The most common rapper insulator in use in Australasia is the 400mm HV rapper insulator (P/N 03105-00701-01).
