The collecting plate is a single panel of rolled plate steel. As the name suggests it is the primary collection surface within the electrostatic precipitator. Typically, a number of collecting plates are held side to side to form a curtain. Over the years, Flakt-style
precipitators have used various different size profiles. Below
are the most typical styles. Plate lengths and thicknesses vary from
precipitator to precipitator so you will need to contact our sales
or engineering staff who will help you determine the correct sizing
for your unit. |
