Hook-style spring electrode

The most common style of Flakt electrode is the hooked spring.  It consists of a spiral wound spring with reinforced ends as per the following drawing and photos.  Our part number for this electrode is:

0301-00101-XX-YY

Where:

XX = the spring number which defines the number of coils (X)

YY = indicates the material of construction

For example a spring electrode with 54 turns and made from 904L stainless steel would have the part number 11001-54-117-904L.

The equivalent Flakt part numbers would typically be AS-33294 followed by a two digit number.

If you are unsure of the dimensions of your electrode the second method is to measure the distance of the electrode in the stretched state - i.e. the distance between the connection points on the frame members for each electrode. For assistance please contact one of our engineers.
