Bagfilter Accessories
|
|
Introduction
|
|
We supply a range of accessories for your
bagfilter to aid in the operation and maintenance of the system.
|
|
Visolite®
leak detection system
Quickly locate leaks to lower your maintenance costs.
The Visolite Leak Detection System was developed and patented by BHA to reduce the time plant personnel spent identifying tears, holes, and bad seals in bags. In addition, structural air leaks in
the system such as weld cracks and misfitting metal enclosure covers could not be detected unless they were clearly visible.

|
Neutralite®
conditioning agents
Conditioning agents are injected into a baghouse to
establish an initial dustcake on new filter bags or to
re-establish a dustcake on bags in operation. BHA has
developed Neutralite® Powder to protect bags from
particulate bleedthrough, blinding, and problems caused
by hydrocarbons and moisture carryover.
BHA offers both Neutralite Powder
and Neutralite SR (Spark Retardant)
for specialized applications to help
prevent bags from spark carryover.

|
Vacutrans®
The
Vacutrans®
is a specifically designed industrial/contractor?s tool made to convert your
compressed air supply into a high powered vacuum and material transferring system. This
cleaning system can pick up and convey powders, plastic pellets, grain, sand, abrasives,
aggregates, liquids, and numerous other bulk materials in clean up and material transfer
functions. It can also convert to a shop vacuum, and be used to inject Neutralite® conditioning
agent or Visolite® Leak Detection powder.

|
Specialised Door Seals
BHA has developed a variety of door seals that prevent leakage of outside air into your air pollution control equipment.
If doors are sealed improperly, they can cause many problems within your air pollution control equipment.

PowerWave® Acoustic Horns
Acoustic energy will effectively clean
filters by creating a resonant frequency, dislodging dust accumulations
from the filters. Acoustic energy allows for a reduction in cleaning
cycles, and in some cases eliminates the need to use any other method
of cleaning.
Powerwave cleaners are designed in many
different configurations that also allow them to be used in hoppers, I.D. fans, bins, and ductwork. Acoustic cleaners can eliminate the
need for sledge hammering, rodding out hopper poke holes, or dangerous
work unclogging ash vessels.

CPM®
Constant Particulate monitors
The CPM particulate monitors operate
on the principle of scintillation, the most reliable, accurate and
advanced monitoring method available today, as is explained in the "How
it works" section of this website. There are other available
monitoring technologies, all of which have serious short comings.
All of the CPM models have been designed to comply with USEPA requirements
and relevant European CE directives, including LVD and EMC, for product
safety and performance.
