We use only 100% Dupont Teflon^® resins in the manufacture of our expanded membranes, and we are the only provider of membranes who produce 100% of the product we are selling.

We are the only manufacturer to use our exclusive patented Bi-Component® lamination process for laminating the ePTFE to several of our base fabrics. By laminating to individually coated fibers, we obtain a greater number of lamination points that are much smaller than those found on typical membrane products in which the Teflon membrane is laminated to singe points on the base fabric. As a result, we provide a stronger media with better airflow characteristics.
